As we have stated previously, Thom Thom Group are a growing company and we receive many offers of ideas but sadly they need to be developed, possibly re-designed, may only appeal to a small percentage of the market sector and cannot be implemented for several months. So, make sure yours if different!

Whenever anyone at Thom Thom Group looks at a new business or a new business idea/proposal, we automatically respect the author's intellectual property rights.

However, the Group policy is not to sign Non Disclosure Agreements in the first instance. This is because we receive numerous proposals which are often similar to those suggested by others, or to ideas which we have developed internally.

It's your decision about how much information you are prepared to share with us at this stage. Please keep in mind, though, that we do need to know the basic outline of your idea/ proposal so we can decide whether it's one we'll take forward.

Any information will remain strictly between the two parties, and if we are interested we'll contact you directly to discuss the next stage.
